Why do i have pain behind my eyes?

I've been experiencing pain behind my eyes for a couple of days, especially when I read or look at screens for too long. It's a dull ache but it's quite bothersome. What could be the cause?

Ah, pain behind the eyes, I've had that many times, especially after long hours reading or on the computer. Usually, for me, it's just eye strain or sometimes a headache brewing. Take a break, splash some cold water, and see if it helps. Most times it's nothing to worry about.

Aww, eye pain is no fun! 😟 Could it be too much screen time? Maybe give your eyes a break, close them for a bit, or try some eye exercises. Hope it clears up soon! 😊

Sometimes a simple headache or tiredness can cause this. Try applying a warm compress over your eyes or gently massaging your temples. Also, drink enough water. But if the pain is very severe, or you have vision changes, then a doctor's visit is definitely needed.

I've also wondered about this! I think it's often linked to migraines or even just bad posture, causing neck strain that radiates up. I looked it up once, and there are so many potential causes, from simple to a bit more complex. It's interesting how our bodies work.

I totally freaked out once when I had this! I thought it was something serious with my eyes or brain. But turns out I just needed new glasses and was staring at my laptop too much. It's often just eye strain or sinus pressure. Take a breath, it's probably something simple.

Hey, it sounds uncomfortable but don't jump to conclusions. Pain behind the eyes is really common, often from eye strain, too much screen time, or even a sinus infection. Try resting your eyes, maybe a cold compress. If it doesn't get better, then you can talk to a doctor.
