Don't panic! I got a patch of eczema suddenly last year and I thought it was something serious. Turns out my skin was just reacting to a new body wash. It's quite common for skin to react to different things. It might be an allergic reaction or just dryness.

Ah, another mystery my body decided to throw at me in my 40s. One day, skin is fine, next, it's a map of itchy patches. Maybe it's the universe's way of telling us to use less fancy creams. Anyway, mine eased up with just plain coconut oil and avoiding harsh soaps. Get well soon!
