Why do i get sweaty when i sleep?

My partner keeps telling me I sweat a lot in my sleep. I wake up feeling quite sticky and sometimes my pillow is damp. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Night sweats can be quite unsettling. My uncle used to experience this, and it turned out to be a symptom of a larger health issue that needed immediate medical attention. Please don't ignore it, especially if it's frequent or accompanied by other symptoms. Get it checked by a doctor right away.

Hey, don't stress too much about it, but it's good you're noticing. Sweating during sleep is common but if it's drenching and regular, it needs a check. Keep your room cool, lighten up your blankets. Also, avoid heavy meals or alcohol before bed. If it continues, just get a doctor's opinion, okay?

Ugh, night sweats are the worst! It's like my body decides to run a marathon while I'm trying to chill. For me, it's usually when I've had too much caffeine or am super stressed about exams. I just keep a fan on high, lol. But yeah, if it's constant, probably good to check with a doc.

Excessive night sweats should not be dismissed. It can be caused by various things, some benign, some needing attention. Make an appointment with a doctor at a reputed hospital. Clearly explain the frequency and intensity, and ask them to investigate thoroughly to find the root cause.

I totally get it, waking up all sweaty is just awful! It makes you feel so uncomfortable and then you struggle to go back to sleep. It often happens when you're stressed or the room is too warm. Hope you find a way to cool down soon!

I get so worried when I wake up all sweaty, like what if it's something serious? Does anyone else feel super hot then suddenly very cold afterwards? I keep thinking if it's a sign of something bad. Has anyone talked to their doctor about this specifically?

Beta, raat ko paseena aana toh kai baar garmi se bhi hota hai. Ya phir shaam ko zyada bhari khana kha liya ho. Par agar bahut zyada ho toh doctor ko dikha lena chahiye. Paani zyada piyo aur aaram karo.

It can be quite disturbing to wake up sweaty. Many things can cause it, like room temperature or what you ate. Make sure your sleep environment is cool and comfortable. If it persists, do consult a doctor for advice.

Bro, same here! I literally wake up feeling like I ran a marathon sometimes. For me, it's usually if I had a big dinner late or if the fan wasn't on properly. Try keeping your room super cool. But if it's every night and bothering you, a doctor might know best.

Dekho, sweating while sleeping, if it's happening often, it's not normal. Could be your room, could be stress, or could be something else inside. Don't overthink, but don't ignore either. Just go to a proper doctor and get it checked. Simple.
