Why do i get fever at night only?

For the past few days, I've noticed my body temperature rises significantly only at night. During the day, I feel completely fine. Is this normal or something I should worry about?

For me, if my sugars are high or low sometimes, I feel a bit off, and night fevers can happen. Not saying it's diabetes for you, but checking basics like blood sugar can sometimes reveal something. Do get it checked by a doctor, it's better to be safe.

I've heard about this actually, some infections are more active at night or your immune system is more 'on guard' then. But it's always best to figure out the specific reason. Have you tracked it for a few days? Might help the doctor understand.

Aisa hota hai kabhi kabhi. Mere ghar pe bhi kisi ko raat ko hi bukhar aata tha. Subah theek ho jaate the. Par doctor ko dikha lena chahiye beta, halka mat lo. Paani zyada piyo aur aaram karo.

Hmm, only at night? That's a bit unusual. Your body temperature naturally rises in the evening, but a proper fever should definitely be looked into. Keep yourself hydrated, and maybe a light walk during the day if you feel up to it, but doctor visit is important.

Maybe your body is just a night owl, and its way of saying 'Good night, I'm gonna burn a little now'? Just kidding! But seriously, night fevers can be tricky. Don't let it become a regular thing, please check with a doc. Hope you feel better soon!
