Why do i get cavities so easily?

It's a running joke in my family that I have 'cavity-prone teeth.' No matter how much I brush, floss, or rinse, I always seem to end up with a new cavity at my dental check-ups. Why do I get cavities so easily compared to everyone else?

Bro, same! I feel like I just look at a chocolate, and boom, cavity! My dentist said it could be genetics, or maybe my enamel is just weak. Plus, eating too much junk food and not flossing properly can contribute. It's a struggle.

Ugh, it's so frustrating to get cavities easily! It makes you feel like you're doing something wrong. It could be your enamel, or maybe you're missing spots while brushing. Definitely talk to your dentist; they might suggest a specific kind of toothpaste or a different brushing technique for you.

My dentist explained that frequent cavities can stem from several factors: genetic predisposition to weaker enamel, a diet high in sugary or acidic foods and drinks, infrequent flossing, dry mouth, or even specific bacteria in your mouth. They suggested fluoride treatments and regular cleanings, alongside maintaining good oral hygiene.

I've been reading about this too, it's pretty common! Apparently, genetics, diet, and even the type of bacteria in your mouth can make you more prone to cavities. It's not always just about how much you brush, which is interesting to know.

Haan, mere saath bhi hota tha! Kitna bhi brush kar lo, fir bhi lag jaate the. Maine toh oil pulling bhi try kiya, aur gurgle bhi karti thi namak paani se. Thoda farak pada, par ultimately dentist ne bataya ki mere daant naturaly soft hain. Always good to get professional advice.
