Why do i get cavities despite brushing and flossing?

I'm quite religious about my oral hygiene – brushing twice a day and flossing every night. Yet, I seem to get cavities more often than my friends who are less careful. My dentist just shakes his head. Why do I still get cavities despite brushing and flossing regularly?

Arre bhai, it's not always about just brushing and flossing, though those are super important. Sometimes it's about genetics, or your diet (hidden sugars!), or even dry mouth. Don't stress too much, just keep up your routine and visit the dentist regularly. They'll guide you best.

It's frustrating, I know. Even with a perfect routine, factors like saliva acidity, frequent snacking, or genetics can contribute. For us working professionals, snacking quickly or having too many coffees can be culprits. A good dentist checkup every six months is non-negotiable to catch things early.

Beta, daton ki safai acchi baat hai. Par kabhi kabhi paani ka ph level, ya khane mein zyada meetha, yeh sab bhi asar karta hai. Neem ke datun se ya nariyal tel se kulli karna kuch had tak faydemand ho sakta hai, par doctor se salah lena na bhoolna.

Sun, sirf brush aur floss karne se hi sab nahi hota. Khane pe control rakh. Zyada meetha aur processed food kam kar. Aur regularly dentist ke paas jaa. Wo hi bata payenge asli wajah kya hai.

People often think brushing and flossing are a magic shield. The truth is, diet, genetics, and even certain medical conditions can increase cavity risk. Don't rely on random tips online. A dentist is the only one who can properly assess your situation and give you tailored advice. Go to the doc.

Our body's health is a reflection of many things, inside and out. Even with good hygiene, sometimes our inner balance or what we consume daily plays a part. Stay positive, be mindful of your diet, and continue to care for your teeth. Consult with a specialist to understand your unique situation.

Bro, I get this too! I brush like crazy, floss every night, and still sometimes the dentist finds a new one. It sucks. Mine told me it's probably because I drink too much soda and eat sugary snacks. Plus, my teeth are naturally a bit 'weak' or something. It's not just about cleaning.
