Why do i get a migraine on my period?

Every single month, like clockwork, the first day or two of my period, I get a really bad migraine. It's so debilitating, I can barely function. My friends say they get headaches, but not full-blown migraines. Is this a common period symptom?

Yeh toh common hai. Hormones ka khel hai pura. Estrogen levels drop hote hain tab yeh hota hai. Bahut log experience karte hain. Agar zyada severe hai toh doctor se baat karo. Simple.

Oh, I totally get it! Period migraines are the worst. It's like a double whammy of discomfort. The hormonal changes around that time can really mess with your head. Hope you find some relief soon!

This happens to me sometimes too. Is it really just because of hormones, or could it be related to stress as well? It makes me feel really weak and drained. What helps usually?

It's likely due to hormonal fluctuations, especially estrogen. Don't fall for internet cures. If your migraines are severe or debilitating, you NEED to see a doctor or a gynaecologist. They can properly diagnose and suggest specific treatments.

Haan ji, period pe migraine toh normal hai mostly ladkiyon ko. Hormones upar neeche hote hain na. Bas thoda rest le lo, aur agar zyada pareshani ho toh doctor ko dikhana hi theek hai, theek hai?

While many women experience menstrual migraines, if they're very severe or accompanied by other unusual symptoms, it's really important to get it checked. My sister had something similar that was initially dismissed, but later found to be related to a more complex hormonal issue. Please consult your gynaecologist.
