Why do i feel warm but no fever?

I often feel this internal warmth, like a slight fever coming on, but when I check my temperature, it's perfectly normal. It's especially noticeable in the evenings. My mother says it could be stress, but it happens even when I'm relaxed. What could be the cause of this?

Yeh toh mere saath bhi hota hai kabhi kabhi. Garmi lagti hai par fever meter normal dikhata hai. Sometimes it's just stress or if the weather changed suddenly. Going for tests can get expensive, so first try to see if it's external, like room temperature or what you ate.

Oh, I sometimes feel this too! It's like a weird internal warmth. Is it because of the weather changing, or maybe just feeling anxious? I always wonder if others experience this same feeling.

Yeah, I've read about this! Sometimes it's called 'low-grade fever' feeling or just your body adjusting to something. Could be hydration, diet, or even just what you wore. Our bodies are complex, no?

Haan, mere saath bhi hua hai. Maine toh thande paani ki patti rakhi forehead pe ya fir coconut water pi liya. Bahut baar dehydration ki wajah se ya hormonal changes ki wajah se bhi aise lagta hai. Try simple things first.

Simple hai bhai/behan, agar tharma meter normal hai toh it's probably not a fever. Ho sakta hai garmi lag rahi ho ya fir you're just feeling a bit anxious. Take a cool shower, drink some water. Zaroorat se zyada mat socho.
