Why do i feel tired but can't sleep?

By evening, I'm completely exhausted and all I want to do is sleep, but the moment I lie down, my mind starts racing, and I just can't fall asleep. This has been happening for weeks now and it's affecting my whole day. Any idea why I feel tired but can't sleep?

Beta, sometimes this happens, especially as you get older or if you have a lot on your mind. I remember when I was working, many nights went like this. Don't worry too much, just try to relax your mind before bed. Maybe a warm bath helps.

I used to have this problem a lot, felt completely drained but wide awake. For me, it turned out I was drinking too much coffee late in the day. Once I cut that out, it got much better. Not saying it's the same for you, just my experience.

Dekh bhai/behan, simple hai, stress zyada hoga ya routine kharab. Try to set a proper sleep schedule, even on weekends. Aur phone ko rakh de sone se pehle. Thoda discipline chahiye bas.

Bro, same here! I feel like I've run a marathon but when I hit the bed, my brain is like 'let's party!'. For me, it was too much YouTube before sleeping. Now I just put on some chill music or a podcast. Works sometimes.

Oh god, I get this too! It's so frustrating, like your body is exhausted but your mind just won't switch off. I always wonder if it's something serious, but then I try to remind myself it could just be stress or bad sleep hygiene. Have you been stressed lately?

Haan beta, this can be because of irregular routines. Our elders always said to sleep and wake at fixed times. Try a little warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg before bed. It calms the mind. And avoid heavy food at night.

Haha, I know the feeling! It's like your body is playing tricks on you! 🤪 Sometimes a cup of chamomile tea helps me, or just listening to some really boring podcast. Don't stress too much, it happens to everyone! ✨

Classic case of overstimulation. For working professionals like us, it's a constant battle. I'd suggest dedicating 30 mins before bed just for unwinding – no work emails, no social media. Just read a book or do some light stretching. It helps regulate the mind for sleep.

This is often a sign of high cortisol or too much screen time before sleep. You feel wired but tired, right? Try cutting off all gadgets an hour before bed and see if it makes a difference. It's a common issue in our fast-paced lives.
