Why do i feel like vomiting while eating?

Sometimes while I'm in the middle of eating, I suddenly feel incredibly nauseous, like I have to vomit. It's making meal times really difficult and I'm losing my appetite.

Same. Eating too fast or rich food sometimes makes me feel this way. Take smaller bites.

If it's happening during eating, it could be something specific in your diet or how fast you're eating. Have you tried tracking your meals and symptoms on a health app? Sometimes identifying patterns helps. But for a consistent issue like this, a doctor's opinion is key.

Before you think about expensive tests, first try to notice what kind of food triggers this. Is it spicy? Oily? Eating too much? Sometimes simple changes can fix it. If it's still persistent, a general physician can guide you without immediately suggesting pricy investigations.

Oh, this sounds really tough. Does it happen with all types of food, or only specific ones? I'm new to this too, but it sounds like maybe your stomach is reacting to something. Hope you get answers soon!

While I manage thyroid, I know how interconnected everything is. Persistent nausea, especially during eating, can indicate various underlying conditions, not just digestive. Make sure you're getting regular check-ups with your doctor and mentioning all your symptoms. Don't skip follow-ups!

Beta, sometimes when we eat too fast or our stomach is already upset, this feeling comes. I remember sometimes after eating something very rich, mere saath bhi hota tha. Try eating slowly and mindfully. But if it's every time, better to show a doctor, haan?
