Why do i feel like vomiting on empty stomach?

If I skip breakfast or eat late, I get this horrible feeling like I need to vomit, even if my stomach is completely empty. My friends say it's just hunger, but it feels different.

Oh, I totally get this! It's such a horrible feeling, especially when you're just trying to start your day. I used to dread mornings because of this constant nausea. It made me feel really low sometimes. You're not alone in feeling frustrated by it.

Sometimes on an empty stomach, the gastric juices can act up, causing nausea. Gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) and sips of warm water can help calm your system. I've found that a light pre-breakfast routine can make a big difference for digestion and overall well-being.

Dude, don't stress! This happens to so many people. Your stomach might just be producing too much acid overnight. Try having a glass of lukewarm water first thing in the morning, or a couple of soaked almonds. See if that helps. But if it's severe, then better to check with a doc!

Haan, empty stomach mein aise hone se pura din kharab lagta hai. Try keeping some dry biscuits or a banana near your bed. As soon as you wake up, eat a little something. For many, that helps settle the stomach and prevent that morning nausea. Simple solution, worth a try.

This is a very specific symptom that needs a proper medical opinion. An empty stomach reacting like this could be gastric issues, or something else entirely. Please don't rely on guesswork. Visit a good general physician, explain exactly when it happens, and ask for their clear diagnosis.

Been there, done that, tried almost every home remedy! What finally helped me was ensuring I don't go too long without food, even small snacks. And ginger tea in the morning was a savior. It's frustrating, I know, but sometimes small changes make a difference. If nothing works, then proper doctor advice.

Feeling nauseous on an empty stomach can be quite unsettling, and it's completely normal to feel worried or anxious about it. I've been there myself, constantly wondering what's wrong. Just know that it's okay to feel this way, and taking steps to understand it is a good start.
