Why do i feel like vomiting every morning?

Almost every morning when I wake up, I feel very nauseous, like I'm going to vomit. It usually passes after an hour or so, but it's a very unpleasant start to the day.

Please don't ignore this, yaar. I had similar morning issues thinking it was just stress, but it turned out to be something more serious related to my stomach. Early detection helps a lot. Get it checked by a proper doctor, don't make my mistake.

Morning sickness can be due to many reasons. For me, with my diabetes, sometimes it happens if my blood sugar is off or if I've eaten something unsuitable the night before. Always be mindful of your diet. Please get your sugar levels checked, just in case.

Hey, don't stress too much about it right away! Morning sickness can be caused by simple things like acidity or not eating properly before bed. Try having a light snack before sleeping and see if that helps. If it continues, then definitely visit a doc, okay?

Honestly, the internet will give you 100 different reasons and home remedies for morning nausea. My advice? Don't blindly trust everything you read. This is a recurring symptom, so it needs proper medical attention. Go to a doctor and get a real diagnosis.

Bro, happens to me sometimes when I go to bed late and don't eat properly. Like, my stomach feels all messed up. I just try to eat something light the night before and drink water. If it's every morning, maybe check with a doc. Could be acidity or something.
