Why do i always want to sleep?

Lately, all I want to do is sleep. I feel tired even after a full night's rest, and I can't concentrate. Why do I always want to sleep, could something be wrong?

I went through a phase like this, always feeling tired. For me, it was a combination of low iron and not enough good quality sleep. Get your blood work done, especially check iron and Vitamin D. Also, try to establish a consistent sleep schedule, even on weekends. It makes a huge difference.

Girl, same! Don't stress too much, sometimes our bodies just need more rest than usual. It could be anything from a change in weather to just being a bit run down. Make sure you're eating well and getting some fresh air. And listen to your body, if it needs sleep, take it!

I totally get it, that feeling of constant exhaustion is the worst. It's like your bed is calling you all the time. It could be nutrient deficiencies, stress, or even just general fatigue. Consider tracking your energy levels and sleep for a week to see if there's a pattern.

I feel this way too sometimes, it makes me really anxious. Is it normal to feel like this all the time? Like, even after 8 hours of sleep, I still want more. Does anyone else get worried it's something serious?

Honestly, I wish I could just hibernate sometimes! My brain just goes, 'sleep, sleep, sleep.' It's probably my body protesting against adulting. But seriously, sometimes it's just dehydration or not enough light during the day. Try to get some morning sun!

Constant desire for sleep can be a symptom of many underlying issues, from anemia to thyroid problems, or even sleep disorders like apnea. Don't self-diagnose. You should definitely consult a good general physician and explain your symptoms clearly. They might recommend some tests.

It's easy to jump to conclusions when you feel constantly tired, and I've been there with the worry. But often it's something simple like not enough water or a demanding schedule. Still, it's always worth a quick check-up, just to put your mind at ease. Don't let the anxiety take over.
