Constant nausea can be a symptom of many things: gastric issues like acidity or GERD, infections, food sensitivities, medication side effects, or even stress/anxiety. Don't self-diagnose. It's crucial to consult a doctor to identify the underlying cause. They might suggest a few tests to pinpoint the problem.

I can totally understand how disturbing that feeling is. It's really draining to constantly feel nauseous. It can be due to so many things, from simple indigestion to something more. Please don't ignore it or try to just push through it. See a doctor, it's important to figure out what's causing it so you can feel better.

I used to panic every time I felt nauseous, thinking the worst! But turns out, sometimes it was just indigestion from eating something spicy, or even dehydration. However, if it's constant, it's not normal. It could be something simple or it could be something that needs medical attention. So, please get it checked, don't just ignore it like I almost did.

Haan, feeling like vomiting is very uncomfortable na? Aise bahut reasons ho sakte hain. Kabhi acidity ho sakti hai, kabhi food poisoning, ya kabhi stress bhi stomach ko affect karta hai. Pregnant toh nahi ho? Best hai ki doctor ko dikha lo, khud se guess mat karo. Woh sahi reason bata payenge.

Persistent nausea requires medical evaluation. It could stem from digestive issues (GERD, gastritis), infections, medication side effects, or even systemic conditions. Don't delay a doctor's visit; they'll conduct necessary tests to diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment. Self-medication or ignoring it can prolong discomfort and potential complications.

Persistent nausea is a sign your body is trying to tell you something. First, re-evaluate your diet: are you eating too much spicy, oily, or processed food? Sometimes, food sensitivities or simple indigestion can cause this. Try bland, easily digestible vegetarian meals for a few days. But if it doesn't get better, please consult a doctor; it's not normal to feel this way always.

Feeling constantly like vomiting is really tough, I can imagine. For mild nausea, sometimes a little ginger tea or plain crackers can help. But if it's *always* happening, especially after eating, then ghar ke nuskhe won't be enough. You definitely need to see a doctor for this, they'll check properly. Could be acidity, or anything more, can't guess without tests.
