Why do fevers occur? Because our bodies apparently enjoy throwing a little internal sauna party when there's an uninvited guest (read: germ). It's like, 'Hey, let's turn up the heat and cook these buggers out!' Annoying, but effective, I guess.
Fever is basically your body's way of fighting off infection or illness. Your immune system releases substances called pyrogens that tell your brain to raise your body's temperature. I track my body temperature with my smartwatch sometimes, and it's cool to see how it fluctuates when I'm under the weather. It’s a defense mechanism.
Amma always used to say, 'Fever means your body is like a warrior fighting inside.' It's a good sign that your immune system is active, but it also means you need rest. For high fevers, always listen to the doctor. But for mild ones, home remedies like warm water and rest work well.
Yaar, fever toh basically apna body ka defense mechanism hai. Actually, jab koi infection ya virus aata hai na, toh apna body heat badha deta hai to kill those bad guys. So, it's a sign your immune system is working. But if it's too high, then you need to see a doc, obviously.
Fever means your body is fighting off an infection. It's a natural response. Just make sure to rest and stay hydrated.
