Why do females need more sleep than males hormones?

My husband always says I sleep more than him, even though we both work. Someone told me it's because women need more sleep due to hormones. Is that actually true, or am I just lazy?

Honestly, yeh hormones wala question bahut detailed hota hai. Best hai ki aap kisi gynaecologist ya endo doctor se consult karo. They can explain it better based on science, not just general info. Online info can be confusing sometimes, so personal advice is always good.

Haan, I've heard this too, especially with women having hormonal issues like PCOS. Hamari bodies ka cycle alag hota hai and hormones fluctuate a lot more. Sometimes, it feels like mere paas jitni marzi energy ho, ek extra hour sleep ka toh chahiye hi hota hai. But it's complex, not just one reason.

Mujhe bhi pehle aise questions se anxiety hoti thi, lagta tha kuch galat toh nahi hai. But it's quite normal for women to need more sleep. Hormonal changes, monthly cycles, pregnancy, all these things put extra load on the body. So it makes sense our body demands more rest. Don't worry too much, just listen to your body.

Beti, hamare zamane mein kehte the ki auraton ko thoda zyada aaram karna chahiye, especially jab ghar ka kaam aur bachchon ko sambhalna hota tha. Shareer thakta hai na. Aajkal toh sab padhe-likhe doctor hain, unse hi puchho scientific reason. Lekin neend toh sabko poori leni chahiye, sehat ke liye achha hai.

Haan, bachpan se sunta aaya hoon ki auraton ko zyada neend chahiye. Meri wife ko bhi subah thoda aur soona pasand hai, aur mere ko toh chaar ghante mein bhi chal jaata hai. I guess it's just how nature made us, with different needs. Nothing to worry about, just follow what your body tells you.
