Why did my dandruff come back?

I had a bad dandruff problem a few months ago, and after using a special shampoo, it completely cleared up. But since last week, I've noticed it coming back again. I haven't changed my shampoo or anything else. What could be causing this recurrence?

Ugh, tell me about it! Dandruff is so annoying. Don't stress too much, it comes and goes for so many people. Maybe your scalp just got a bit dry again, or you used a different product? Try to stick to an anti-dandruff shampoo for a bit longer.

Please don't just keep trying remedies. My dandruff got really bad and actually led to some hair loss because I didn't get it properly diagnosed. It might be fungal, or a specific scalp condition. A dermatologist can really help figure out the root cause and give effective treatment.

My mother always said to keep the hair clean and use good natural oil. But if it's coming back often, maybe your scalp needs more specific care. It's good to consult a dermatologist if it's persistent, they can suggest the right treatment after checking your scalp type. Don't worry too much.

Honestly, dandruff is a never-ending battle for some of us! For me, it flares up if I don't wash my hair regularly enough, or if the weather changes. Try using a good anti-dandruff shampoo twice a week for a while, and massage your scalp well. It usually helps.

Dandruff can be linked to overall scalp health, which can be affected by stress and diet. Maybe try a hair health app to track products and see if there's a pattern. Also, ensure you're drinking enough water, it helps with skin hydration, including your scalp.
