Why canti sleep?

It's been a few weeks now, I just can't seem to fall asleep properly. Even when I'm tired, I lie awake for hours, and then wake up feeling so groggy. Is there something wrong with my routine or what?

Ha ha, welcome to the club! Sometimes I feel like my brain starts its 'to-do list' marathon just as I lie down. Maybe it's all the chai, or just getting older. Still, it's annoying, isn't it?

Please don't ignore persistent sleep issues. I once thought it was just stress and didn't bother checking. Later found out it was affecting my BP. A simple doctor's visit can rule out anything serious and give you peace of mind.

For me, poor sleep led to constant fatigue and affected my work badly. It turned out to be related to my iron levels. Best to get a proper diagnosis from a doctor, as self-diagnosis can sometimes make things worse.

Oh, this is one of my biggest worries! Every time I can't sleep, I start thinking about all the health problems it could cause. Have you tried relaxing music or maybe a warm bath before bed? Sometimes that helps me calm down a little.

It's been happening to me too lately, and it's making me quite worried. Does anyone else feel like their heart races sometimes when they're trying to sleep? Or is it just my anxiety acting up?

I totally get it, dude. There are nights when I just stare at the ceiling, wishing sleep would come. It's so frustrating when your body is tired but your mind won't shut off. Hope you find a solution soon.

Beta, don't fret too much. Sometimes our bodies just need a bit more time to settle. I remember having phases like this, especially during stressful times. Try a bit of light meditation or just a good book to distract your mind. It usually passes.
