Why cant o sleep?

I've been feeling really restless at night lately and can't get proper rest. It's affecting my work too. Why can't I sleep even when I'm tired?

Oh no, sleep troubles are the worst! 😫 Maybe try a warm glass of milk or some chamomile tea? ☕️ I find listening to calming sounds helps me drift off. Don't let it get you down too much! 😊

Ho na, some nights it's just impossible, right? Like my brain decides it's time for a midnight debate. I usually try to listen to some soft bhajans or just focus on my breathing. Thoda shanti milti hai.

If you're having trouble sleeping regularly, it's really important to get it checked out by a doctor. Don't just dismiss it as normal. It could be due to stress, or something physical. Better to be safe and seek professional advice.

I often wonder about this too, like why some nights I just can't switch off. Is it because of the blue light from screens, or just too much caffeine? Trying to figure out the best ways to actually sleep well.

I totally get it, the feeling of just lying there, watching the clock tick. It's so frustrating! Sometimes it's stress, sometimes it's too much coffee. Try to identify what might be keeping you up.
