If you're consistently having trouble sleeping, it's best to consult a good doctor. Don't be shy, explain all your symptoms clearly. Ask them about your sleep hygiene, diet, and if any underlying issues could be a factor. A specialist at a good hospital can help a lot.

Sleep problems can stem from various things like stress, caffeine intake, or an irregular schedule. It's important to rule out any underlying medical conditions, so if it's persistent, a doctor's visit is a good idea. They can guide you best.

Bhai/Behen, it's okay, many people struggle with this. Don't beat yourself up. Sometimes our minds are just too busy. Try to create a peaceful environment, maybe some soft music or a warm drink. It helps to tell your mind it's time to rest.

Lack of sleep is very common, don't worry. It could be stress, too much screen time, or even what you ate. Try to make a routine for yourself. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This can really reset your body clock.

Yaar, I swear, sometimes my brain just decides to play a full movie reel at night. Too much thinking, actually. Try to do something relaxing before bed, like reading a physical book, not on phone. Works for me sometimes!

Oh, the eternal question! My brain usually decides 3 AM is the perfect time for existential crises and recalling embarrassing moments from 20 years ago. Sleep? What's that? A mythical creature, I tell you. Try counting my blessings instead of sheep, sometimes it works!

Is your brain throwing a party and forgot to invite you? Haha, kidding! But seriously, sometimes our minds are just too active. Maybe try telling your brain it's sleepy time, like a little kid. Or count sheep, the boring ones, not the exciting ones!
