Why cant i sleep ar night?

My work schedule is a bit erratic, but even on my days off, I find myself wide awake at 3 AM. I really struggle to get proper sleep at night. What could be causing this?

Sleep issues can be very complex. Sometimes they are linked to hormonal imbalances, like in PCOS, where my sleep was very disturbed. It's always good to look at your overall health. Don't jump to conclusions, but do talk to a doctor if it's ongoing.

Don't fall for all the quick fixes and magical remedies you see online for sleep. Most are just temporary or don't work. If you're consistently having trouble sleeping, it's a medical issue, not just something you can Google away. See a proper doctor.

I feel this so much! My mind just races, or sometimes I feel too restless. Does anyone else get this anxious feeling when trying to sleep? Like, the more I try, the harder it gets. It's so frustrating.

If you're finding it hard to sleep, it's worth checking your general health. Stress and lifestyle factors can impact sleep, and sometimes even things like blood pressure. I track mine regularly. It's important to keep tabs on your health with regular checkups.

Raat ko neend na aana toh mushkil hai. Humare gaon mein log jaldi so jaate hain. Kabhi kabhi thanda paani se pair dhokar so jao, ya halki si malish karwa lo. Mann shaant ho jaata hai.

Tell me about it! My brain decides to be super active precisely when I want to sleep. Scrolling through Reels doesn't help but it's hard to stop. Maybe less caffeine and more chill before bed, I guess.
