Why canf i sleep?

It's been so hard to get a good night's sleep lately. I keep tossing and turning, and even when I do fall asleep, I wake up feeling exhausted. I've tried everything – no phone before bed, a warm bath – but nothing seems to help. What could be the reason for this?

It can be really frustrating when sleep doesn't come easily. Sometimes a calm environment helps, or just winding down before bed. Hope you find some peace.

Jab neend nahin aati na, bada mushkil lagta hai. Ghar pe hum toh kabhi kabhi garam doodh peete hain ya thoda halka tel malish karwate hain. Mann shant ho jata hai aur neend aa jaati hai. Try karke dekho bhai.

Lack of sleep is very common, don't worry. It could be stress, too much screen time, or even what you ate. Try to make a routine for yourself. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This can really reset your body clock.

Ho na, sometimes it just feels impossible to sleep. So many thoughts come to mind. Maybe try some light stretching or meditation? Just 10-15 minutes can sometimes calm the mind, I find. Don't stress too much about it.

Initially, I ignored my sleep problems, thinking it's just stress. But it started affecting my work and mood. If it's a persistent issue, please consult a doctor. There might be an underlying reason that needs proper attention, don't just self-diagnose like I did.

Oh, I totally get this! Been there so many times. I've tried everything from warm milk to reading a boring book. Sometimes just making sure my room is dark and quiet helps. Also, no phone one hour before bed, that's a big one for me.

Check your daily routine. Are you drinking too much coffee or tea late in the day? Also, ensure your bedroom is completely dark and cool. Sometimes even small things like noise from outside can disturb sleep. A simple fan or earplugs can help.
