Why can't i sleep at night anymore?

Used to sleep perfectly fine, but now it's a constant struggle. I'm waking up multiple times and feeling tired all day. Why can't I sleep at night anymore?

Oh, that sounds so difficult. I've had a few nights like that and it's horrible. Is there any particular reason you think it started, like a change in routine or stress? Or it just happened suddenly?

Dude, same! I've been struggling too. I started using a sleep tracking app and realized my deep sleep is almost non-existent. Maybe try tracking your sleep for a few days? Sometimes seeing the data helps figure out what's going on, like if screen time is messing with you.

Uff, this feeling is so unsettling. When your sleep goes haywire, it can make you anxious about everything else. I remember feeling so stressed about my health when I couldn't sleep properly. Just know you're not alone in feeling this way, it's a valid concern.

Sleep problems can be due to so many things - stress, diet, screen time, or even underlying health issues. Don't waste time trying random home remedies you see online. If it's a persistent problem, you NEED to consult a doctor. They can properly diagnose and help, unlike internet 'experts'.

Sleep is sacred, a time for the body and mind to restore. When it is disturbed, it indicates an imbalance. Perhaps some gentle pranayama before bed, focusing on slow, deep breaths, can quiet the mind. Creating a peaceful environment, away from harsh lights, also helps. Listen to your body, it often tells you what it needs.

Ho na, sometimes sleep just vanishes and you're just lying there, thinking about everything! It's so annoying. Maybe try a warm bath before bed, ya thoda light reading instead of phone? Sometimes these small changes help calm the mind.

A good workout or even a brisk walk during the day can make a huge difference to sleep quality. Are you getting enough physical activity? But avoid intense exercise too close to bedtime. If you're physically active and still struggling, then definitely something to talk to a doctor about.

Oh man, that's the worst! Sometimes for me, if I have a super heavy dinner or too much coffee late in the day, my brain just refuses to shut down. Maybe check your evening routine, especially what you're eating or drinking? No late-night pizzas, ya know!

Hey, I totally get this! Happens to me sometimes, especially when I'm stressed about work or future plans. I try to put my phone away an hour before bed, read a physical book, and sometimes a simple breathing exercise helps. It's not a magic cure, but it makes a small difference. Hope you find some peace!

Don't take persistent sleep issues lightly. I ignored my chronic insomnia for too long, thinking it was just stress, and it really affected my health, making me irritable and prone to mistakes. It turned out to be a combination of lifestyle and some underlying issues. Please see a doctor, it's much better to get a professional opinion early.
