Many factors can contribute to insomnia or difficulty sleeping. Common culprits include stress, anxiety, depression, poor sleep hygiene (like irregular sleep schedule, too much screen time before bed, caffeine/alcohol late in the day), certain medications, or underlying medical conditions. If it's a persistent problem, it's really best to consult a doctor to identify the root cause.

Ah, the eternal question! My brain usually decides 3 AM is the perfect time to remember all the embarrassing things I did 10 years ago. Could be stress, too much tea/coffee, that late-night biryani, or maybe your bed just isn't exciting enough. Honestly, get off the phone an hour before bed, that's my half-baked advice!

It happens to the best of us! I track my sleep using my smartwatch, and often, my poor sleep correlates with high stress days or late-night screen use. Try setting a consistent sleep schedule and using meditation apps. Sometimes, a lack of physical activity during the day can also make it harder to fall asleep at night. See if tracking helps you find patterns.

I used to struggle so much with this. For me, it was a mix of work stress and too much coffee. What truly helped was creating a strict bedtime routine: no screens after 9 PM, a warm shower, and reading a physical book. Also, ensuring my bedroom was completely dark and cool made a huge difference. Consistency is key, even on weekends.

Listen, if you can't sleep, there's usually a reason. Stress, too much phone before bed, irregular routine, or maybe you're just not tired enough. Cut out caffeine late in the day, fix your sleep schedule, and maybe do some light activity. If it continues, don't just suffer, go see a doctor. Simple.

Oh, this is such a common problem for many, even my kids sometimes have trouble settling down. For adults, it's often stress from work or home, or simply too much screen time before bed. Try to make your bedroom a calm, dark place just for sleep. And ensure you are doing some physical activity during the day, even a walk. If it's persistent, a doctor can help.

Oh, I've asked myself this question so many times! It's so frustrating. I think for me it's usually overthinking things or being glued to my phone. I'm always researching ways to improve sleep. It seems like having a dark, quiet room and a consistent bedtime helps a lot of people.

Many reasons! Lack of physical activity during the day means your body isn't tired enough. Also, late-night meals, caffeine, and stress from work can keep your mind buzzing. Try to get at least 30-45 minutes of brisk walking or exercise daily, avoid heavy meals late, and wind down with a book, not a phone, before bed. It helps me a lot!

Could be that super spicy biryani you had for dinner, or maybe that extra cup of chai late in the evening! Haha. But seriously, what we eat and drink definitely affects sleep. Plus, if you're thinking about all the yummy food you want to eat tomorrow, that'll keep you up too! Try something lighter and earlier for dinner.

Haan na, yeh toh sabki problem hai aaj kal! Too much screen time, stress, aur dimag mein poore din ki baatein chalti rehti hain. Try to switch off your phone and relax, maybe read a book. Aur haan, thoda din mein walk kar liya karo, body tired hogi toh neend bhi achhi aayegi.
