Why cabt i sleep at night?

For weeks now, I find myself tossing and turning almost every night. It's affecting my work and mood. Why is it that I can't seem to sleep well at night anymore?

Ah, sleepless nights are no fun. For most of us, it's often due to stress from work or family, or too much mobile phone use right before sleeping. Try establishing a strict bedtime routine – no screens an hour before bed, a quiet activity, and a dark room. Sometimes even a small walk earlier in the evening helps. Simple changes can work wonders.

Lack of sleep is so common and really affects everything. From my experience with PCOS, sleep is often disturbed due to hormonal imbalances, stress, or even diet. It could be many things, so please don't just guess. It's always best to see a doctor to understand the exact reason for *your* specific situation. Be gentle with yourself.

Hey, don't stress too much about not sleeping, that makes it worse! It happens to everyone sometimes. Could be stress from work, too much screen time before bed, or just your mind being too active. Try a warm shower and some light reading instead of your phone. Hope you get some rest soon!

If you're consistently unable to sleep, it's best not to self-diagnose. I'd recommend visiting a good general physician or a sleep specialist at a reputable hospital. They can assess your lifestyle, diet, and stress levels, and perform any necessary tests to find the root cause. Ask them clearly about sleep hygiene and possible solutions.

I've been through phases where sleep just wouldn't come, it's truly exhausting. I tried so many things – warm milk, no coffee after evening, deep breathing. Sometimes it's just stress playing games with your mind. Try to unwind properly before bed. If it's a regular issue, definitely talk to a doctor, they might have more practical advice.
