Why are my liver function tests high?

Just got my medical report back and my liver function tests are showing high. I feel fine otherwise, no symptoms. What could be the common reasons for high LFTs?

High LFTs can be tricky. With my high BP, my doctor always emphasizes a healthy lifestyle, which impacts the liver too. Are you on any medications or supplements? Sometimes even OTC meds can affect it. Definitely follow up with your doctor, they might want to recheck or do more tests.

High LFTs can mean a range of things, and sometimes follow-up tests are needed. Make sure you talk to your doctor about what tests are essential and if any lifestyle changes can help before going for very expensive investigations. It's good to be proactive but also practical with costs.

Elevated liver function tests can stem from various causes, including dietary habits, medication side effects, alcohol consumption, or underlying conditions. It's crucial to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and a tailored management plan. Self-treating based on internet advice is not advisable.

Haan, high LFTs can be due to many reasons, na? Like, sometimes if you had a heavy meal or some meds, it can temporarily spike. But it's your liver, so definitely show it to the doc. They might ask you about your diet or alcohol intake too.

Arey beti/beta, liver ki report thodi upar neeche ho toh ghabraao mat. Humare gaon mein log kehte hain thoda khana sudhar lo, paani zyada piyo. Lekin sheher mein toh doctor ko hi dikhana behtar hai. Woh hi asli wajah bataenge.

Hey, don't stress too much about it immediately, but it's good you noticed. High LFTs can be due to a lot of reasons, even a temporary thing like recent illness or certain foods. Just show it to your doc, they'll guide you through the next steps. Hope it's nothing serious, ya!

As someone with thyroid issues, I know how important regular tests and doctor follow-ups are. High LFTs need attention, as they can indicate various things from medication side effects to lifestyle factors. Make sure to consult your physician and get clear instructions on what to do next.
