Why am i vomiting regularly?

Lately, I've been vomiting quite regularly, sometimes after meals, sometimes just randomly. It's getting disruptive to my daily life. What could be causing such frequent vomiting?

Beta, regularly vomiting is not good. Sometimes it's a stomach upset, or maybe something you ate didn't agree with you. Try sipping on ginger tea or a little saunf water. But if it doesn't stop, please go to the doctor, don't wait.

Ayyayo, this sounds difficult, behen! Regular ulti (vomiting) means your body is telling you something. Maybe simple food poisoning, or stress. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. And if it's too much, please dikhao kisi ache doctor ko.

Oh no, I totally get it, vomiting regularly is just awful and so draining. It's really important to figure out the cause. Keep sipping on ORS or coconut water to prevent dehydration. Don't hesitate to see a doctor soon, you deserve to feel better!

Hi, frequent vomiting needs attention, dear. It could be anything from a stomach bug, acidity, food intolerance, or even stress. Try to eat bland food, avoid anything spicy or oily. But honestly, for 'regularly', a check-up with a GP is the best course of action.

From my experience, when vomiting becomes regular, it's not something to take lightly. Your body is trying to expel something that's not right. Don't try to guess, go see a doctor. It's usually something simple but it's good to be sure.
