Why am i tired no matter how much i sleep?

No matter how much I sleep, whether it's 6 hours or 10, I always wake up feeling tired. It's like I can never get enough rest. My wife says I often breathe heavily in my sleep, maybe that's an issue?

Same here, I've faced this too, especially with PCOS, tiredness can be a big thing. It's really hard when you sleep a lot but still feel exhausted. It might be worth checking with a doctor, just to rule out any underlying issues like vitamin deficiencies or thyroid problems. Don't push yourself too much.

Oh, I totally get this feeling! Sometimes it's not just about the hours you sleep, but the quality. Are you getting deep sleep? Try to maintain a consistent sleep schedule even on weekends, it helps regulate your body clock. Also, check your diet, sometimes deficiencies can make you feel drained.

Honestly, don't rely on random advice online for this. If you're consistently tired despite enough sleep, it's a medical issue, not something a home remedy will fix. Go to a proper doctor and get tests done. They can tell you what's actually going on with your body.

Dude, for real, this happens to me all the time during exam season. I sleep for like 10 hours and still wake up feeling drained. Maybe it's stress? Or too much screen time before bed? Not sure, but it's super annoying.

For me, when I felt like this, it turned out my iron levels were a bit low. After I started taking supplements as prescribed by my doctor and adjusted my diet, I felt much better. I'm not saying it's the same for you, but that was my experience. Always good to listen to your body.
