Why am i tired even though i get enough sleep?

I get plenty of sleep, usually 7-8 hours, but I'm still constantly feeling tired throughout the day. It's like my body just isn't recovering properly. This has been happening for a while and it's starting to worry me.

Hmm, could it be a food coma in disguise? Sometimes if you're eating super heavy meals, especially late at night, your body is working hard digesting instead of truly resting. Or maybe you're missing some key nutrients? A good balance of tasty and healthy is important, no?

I used to constantly feel tired despite sleeping 7-8 hours. Ignored it for too long, thinking it was just stress. Later, it turned out to be a mix of low Vitamin D and a minor thyroid issue. Please, don't delay seeing a doctor. Persistent fatigue can be a symptom of various underlying health conditions that need proper diagnosis and treatment.

I made the mistake of thinking 'oh, it's just stress' for months, even years, when I was tired despite sleeping well. Eventually found out I had several nutritional deficiencies and a mild autoimmune condition. Please, don't self-diagnose or ignore your body's signals. Get a thorough check-up with a doctor to rule out anything serious; it's better to be safe.

I'm with you on this one. Quality of sleep is often more important than just the number of hours.

Haan, sometimes this happens, no? You sleep well but still feel so lazy. It could be anything, maybe you need more water or your stress is high. Our bodies react to many things. If it's a regular problem, you should get a checkup, haan?
