Why acidity in stomach?

I've been experiencing a lot of acidity in my stomach lately, especially after eating spicy food or even just regular meals. It causes a burning sensation. What usually leads to this kind of acidity?

Definitely a common issue. I find eating small, regular meals instead of large ones helps a lot with acidity.

Acidity can often be linked to stress and irregular eating patterns. Try to stay calm, eat mindfully, and drink plenty of water. A peaceful mind often leads to a peaceful body. Take care of yourself.

I totally get it, acidity can be so uncomfortable! For me, it's usually when I skip meals or eat too much spicy food. Sometimes even coffee on an empty stomach triggers it badly. Hope you find what's causing yours.

Ah, the never-ending battle with acidity! I love my samosas and chai too much, so I get it often. What helps me is drinking a glass of buttermilk after a heavy or spicy meal. Or sometimes just a banana does the trick!

Oh no, acidity can be worrying, right? I always think about what if it's something serious. But usually, for me, it's just eating too late or too much. Try to avoid rich foods late at night. Maybe keep a diary to see if there's a pattern with what you eat.

Acidity is very common, don't worry too much. Simple things like not lying down immediately after eating, avoiding carbonated drinks, and reducing tea/coffee can help a lot. Also, a glass of cold milk works quickly for temporary relief for many.
