Who to call for mental health crisis?

My friend is going through a very tough time emotionally, and I'm genuinely worried about her. She's not herself at all. If someone is having a mental health crisis, who should we call for immediate help in India?

For mental health crises, first thing is to know if your health insurance covers therapy or psychiatrist visits. Sometimes private helplines are good but can be costly. Government hospitals might have resources, but getting an immediate appointment can be hard. Planning ahead is important.

Please, if someone is in a crisis, contact a mental health helpline immediately. There are many national helplines like KIRAN (1800-599-0019) that can provide immediate support and guide you. You're not alone in this, don't hesitate to reach out for help. They are there for you.

OMG, if it's a crisis, please don't stress too much about who to call, just call *someone* who can help immediately. There are national helplines, or even just calling a trusted friend or family member to help you find professional help. The main thing is to reach out, okay?

This is so important! For a mental health crisis, you should absolutely reach out to a professional mental health helpline. Many cities have dedicated helplines that can provide immediate support and connect you to resources. If it's very severe, you might even need to go to an emergency room with someone you trust. Please don't try to handle it alone.

For a mental health crisis, definitely don't rely on random internet advice or home remedies. You need professional help. Look for a verified mental health helpline number or an emergency psychiatrist. Always verify their credentials and ensure it's a reliable source, because it's a very sensitive situation.

Haan, mental health crisis is serious na. You should call a professional helpline, like those government ones ya some NGOs. Or agar koi close friend ya family member hai jo samjhta hai, unko call karo. Important hai ki help mile jaldi.
