Who should i see for back pain?

My lower back has been really bothering me lately, especially after sitting for long hours at work. I'm not sure if I should see a regular doctor or someone else. Who is the best type of specialist to consult for back pain?

For back pain, please don't delay, I made that mistake once and it led to more complications. You should definitely see an orthopaedic doctor first. They can diagnose the cause and recommend if you need physiotherapy, medication, or something else. A general physician can also refer you, but a specialist is key for persistent back issues.

Oh, back pain is the worst! For persistent or severe back pain, it's best to start with a visit to a general physician. They can do an initial assessment and then refer you to a specialist like an orthopaedic surgeon or a physiotherapist, depending on what they suspect is causing the pain. Don't just ignore it, get it checked!

Back pain? Ho na, bohot log ko hota hai. Pehle toh general physician ko dikhao. Woh bataayenge ki orthopaedic surgeon ke paas jaana hai ya physio ke paas. Sometimes just bad posture can cause it, haan na. Lekin serious ho toh specialist hi theek se dekhenge.

Beta, for back pain, it depends. If it's just a little bit, maybe some hot compress and rest will help. But if it's severe or ongoing, then don't delay. First, go to a good general doctor. They will tell you if you need to see a हड्डी का डॉक्टर (orthopaedic doctor) or do some exercises with a physiotherapist. Don't take it lightly.

For back pain, your first step should be consulting an orthopaedic specialist. Go to a reputed hospital. Clearly explain your symptoms, duration, and any factors that worsen or improve the pain. They might order scans like an X-ray or MRI to pinpoint the issue and then recommend the right treatment, be it medication, physiotherapy, or in rare cases, surgery. Always be clear and ask all your questions.

Back pain, ah, the eternal companion of middle age! For this 'joy', you should first see a general physician. They can tell you if it's just old age catching up, or if you need an orthopaedic doctor. Sometimes, a good physiotherapist can also work wonders. Just don't let it become your 'backbone' of excuses for not exercising!
