Who is at risk for heart attack?

My father had a heart attack last year, and now our whole family is trying to live healthier. I want to understand better, who is generally considered to be at a higher risk for heart attacks so we can be more careful?

Anyone with a history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease is at risk. Lifestyle factors like smoking, obesity, and stress also contribute significantly. Regular check-ups are non-negotiable.

Bro, basically anyone with an unhealthy lifestyle is at risk. Like, if you smoke, eat too much junk, don't exercise, have high stress... My uncle had one, and he was super chill, but had crazy work stress. So yeah, stress is a big factor too.

Heart health is so vital. People with conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol are certainly more susceptible. Also, a stressful life and lack of movement contribute. Regular pranayama and meditation can truly help in managing these risks, I have seen it myself.

It's scary to think about, isn't it? Many things increase risk: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, and even family history. If you're concerned about your own risk, please talk to a doctor. Getting peace of mind is important.

Beta, jinhe pehle se sugar ya high BP hai, unhe zyada dhyan rakhna chahiye. Motapa aur tension bhi badhate hain khatra. Ghar par accha khana khao, roz thoda ghumo-phiro. Aur haan, roz tulsi ke patte khana bhi achha kehte hain, par doctor ko zaroor poochhna.

Honestly, a lot of people are at risk these days. Like, my dad's friends who smoke a lot, or if someone in your family already had a heart attack, that's a sign. Unhealthy food habits and no exercise also make it worse.

I've seen many cases. People with uncontrolled diabetes, high BP, or high cholesterol are primary candidates. Smoking is a huge factor, and so is a sedentary lifestyle. My realistic tip: get regular preventive health check-ups and follow your doctor's advice religiously, even small changes add up.
