Who discovered lung cancer?

My uncle passed away last year from lung cancer, and it was a very painful experience for us. He used to smoke a lot. I've always wondered, when did medical science first truly understand and 'discover' lung cancer as a specific disease?

I just recovered from something where I felt 'off' for weeks. Turns out my iron levels were super low. It was a simple fix! Don't let it drag, get a general blood test done, it might just be something minor like a vitamin deficiency.

Hey girl! Don't stress too much, sometimes our bodies just have those off days. But if it feels like more than just a passing thing, honestly, just call your doctor. Better to get it checked and clear your head, right?

Many people ask about this general 'off' feeling. It's common. Ensure you're well-hydrated, eating nourishing food, and getting enough sleep. If these basics don't help after a few days, a medical consultation is the most prudent step to take.

When we feel unwell, often our elders advise rest and good food. But it is important to know when to seek medical help. If this feeling persists, please consult a doctor. They are the best people to diagnose and guide you properly.

Please, please don't be like me and ignore it. I kept feeling 'off' for months and brushed it off as tiredness. Turns out it was something that needed proper attention. Go to a doctor, even if it's just for peace of mind.

For a general 'off' feeling, I try natural remedies like having ginger tea or doing light stretching. Sometimes just a change in diet helps. But if it feels like a deeper issue or doesn't go away, please consult a doctor. Our home remedies are not for serious illness.

An 'off' feeling can affect your focus and work. My practical advice is not to delay. Book a quick appointment with your family doctor. Getting professional insight early on can save you a lot of worry and time down the line.

In my many years, I've learned that our bodies often just need a little extra care or rest when we feel 'off'. Don't fret too much, but always listen to your body. If the feeling doesn't pass, a doctor can give you the right direction, for sure.
