Who discovered hepatitis b?

My cousin recently tested positive for Hepatitis B, and it's a bit of a shock for the family. It made me wonder about the history of the disease. Who was the scientist or doctor who first identified and 'discovered' Hepatitis B?

I've dealt with similar vague 'off' feelings in the past. What helped me was maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and eating at regular intervals. Also, try to cut down on processed foods. If it doesn't resolve, a GP check-up is your best bet.

It sounds worrying to feel 'off' like that. I hope you get to the bottom of it soon and feel better. Take care of yourself.

As a friend, I'd suggest you keep a small log of when you feel 'off', what you ate, and how you slept. It might reveal patterns. Otherwise, a basic blood test and physical exam by a doctor can usually clear things up or point to the next steps.

I know how frustrating it is when your body just feels 'off' and you can't tell why. With PCOS, I often get random fatigue or just feel generally unwell. While I can't advise for you, please get it checked. It's important to rule out anything serious.

Seriously, for a general 'off' feeling, don't just blindly follow whatever pops up online. Everyone's body is different. You need a proper medical consultation to understand what's actually going on. Doctor's opinion is the only trustworthy one.

When I feel 'off', I always try to identify if it's due to diet or lack of rest first. If it persists, I go for a basic blood test at a diagnostic center that offers good rates. Sometimes simple deficiencies cause this, and it's not too expensive to check.

Listen, if you're not feeling well and it's not going away, then stop overthinking and just go to the doctor. It's simple common sense. They will tell you what's wrong, or confirm it's nothing. Don't waste time.
