Who discovered diabetes?

My father has had diabetes for many years, and now my brother is showing some early signs. This disease seems so common these days. I was curious, when was diabetes first recognized and understood as a medical condition? Who was the one who 'discovered' it?

Been there, felt that! That vague 'off' feeling made me think the worst, but often it was just a result of irregular routines or too much stress. Take a deep breath. Observe for a day or two, and if it still lingers, then see a doctor for sure.

When you feel 'off', sometimes it's related to sugar levels or general metabolic balance. Since I manage diabetes, I'm very careful about diet. Don't self-diagnose but do consider what you're eating. A doctor can check for underlying issues.

Hey, it's completely normal to feel a bit worried when you're not feeling 100%. Don't stress too much, but also don't ignore it. Just make sure you're taking care of your basic needs like sleep and food. If it persists, a doctor visit is best, okay?

Honestly, whenever I feel 'off' like that, it's usually just because I haven't been sleeping well or drinking enough water. Our bodies are simpler than we think sometimes, but if it feels serious, definitely get it checked, yaar.

When the body feels 'off', sometimes it's an imbalance in our inner energies. Try some gentle pranayama or meditation for a few minutes daily. It can help calm the mind and bring a sense of balance. But for persistent discomfort, a physician's advice is paramount.
