Who did the fever protect in expansion draft?

I'm always getting these fevers when the weather changes, and I feel like my immunity is very low. My wife keeps telling me to take better care. Are there any specific things I can do to 'protect' myself from these recurring fevers, almost like an 'expansion draft' for health?

Oh, I totally understand that vague 'off' feeling. I've tried everything from herbal teas to meditation when I feel like that. Sometimes a simple detox water with lemon and mint helps, but if it persists, it's wise to get a medical opinion.

I used to overthink every little thing my body did, and often that 'off' feeling was just me being tired or anxious. But if you've given it some time and rest and it's still there, then definitely see a doctor. It gives you peace of mind.

Is 'off' code for 'I need 10 hours of sleep and zero responsibilities'? 😂 Kidding aside, when I feel that way, it's usually my body screaming for sleep. If you're getting enough shut-eye and still feel weird, maybe it's time for a quick doc consult.

Please, please do not ignore this feeling. I once dismissed similar vague symptoms, and it led to a more serious issue that could have been prevented with an earlier diagnosis. A doctor's visit is essential if you feel consistently unwell.

As a friend, I'd say hydration and proper rest are your first lines of defense against feeling 'off'. Check your sleep hygiene and water intake. If after a couple of days you still feel this way, it's time for a quick general check-up. Better safe than sorry!
