Who did the fever draft?

Hi, I'm feeling quite unwell with a persistent fever and body aches since yesterday. My mother is suggesting some home remedies, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should be doing. Could this be more than just a common flu?

Sometimes our body feels out of sync. Stay positive, keep your mind calm, and listen to what your body is trying to tell you. Take good care of yourself, dear. The rest will follow.

Yeah, that feeling sucks. Hydration and rest are super important when you're feeling a bit off. Hope it passes quickly.

For me, when I feel 'off', it's usually my diet. I immediately go back to simple, homemade food, lots of veggies and fruits, avoiding anything processed. It's not a cure-all, but it helps my system feel lighter. Consult a doctor for any persistent symptoms.

Don't let that 'off' feeling drag on and affect your work. If it lasts more than a day or two, schedule a quick telemedicine consult or visit a GP. Getting an early diagnosis saves time and stress in the long run.

Honestly, if you're feeling 'off' and it's not going away with basic rest, just book a doctor's appointment. Don't self-diagnose from Google, it only makes you anxious. Get a proper opinion.
