Who did the fever draft 2025?

My daughter has had a fever on and off for the past few days, and it's making me a bit worried. It's almost 2025 now, and I'm hearing about so many new viruses. Is there any particular new strain of fever doing the rounds that I should be aware of, especially for kids?

When my body feels a bit 'down', I always check if I'm eating on time and sleeping enough. These small changes sometimes make a big difference without needing any expensive medicines. If it's still not right, then a trip to the local doctor is a must.

I understand the worry about feeling unwell. Before jumping to expensive tests, maybe start with a consultation with a general physician. They can often narrow down possibilities and suggest only essential, cost-effective tests if needed. Plan it out.

As someone who has to monitor their BP closely, I've learned that listening to your body's subtle signals is crucial. If you're feeling 'off' and it's persistent, don't ignore it. It could be a sign of something that needs professional attention. Regular check-ups are important.

Haan, sometimes body mein aise hi thoda weird lagta hai. Meri mummy kehti thi, garam paani piyo aur thoda rest karo. Lekin agar zyada time tak lage, toh doctor ko dikhao na? Don't take tension but also don't ignore.

When we were young, if we felt 'off', our elders would give us a glass of warm turmeric milk or some ajwain water. These are good for light discomfort. But if the feeling is strong or doesn't go away, please consult a good doctor, child. Modern medicine is important.

Totally get it! That 'off' feeling is so annoying because you can't really explain it. Maybe try to track your routine for a few days – sleep, meals, screen time. Sometimes a small change can make a big difference! If not, doc time!
