Mental health problems are diagnosed by qualified professionals like psychiatrists, psychologists, or even a general physician can do an initial screening and refer. It's complex, so don't self-diagnose or rely on non-experts. Just like PCOS needs careful diagnosis, so does mental health.

Mental health problems are diagnosed by licensed mental health professionals. This primarily includes psychiatrists (medical doctors who can prescribe medication) and clinical psychologists (who conduct therapy and assessments). A general practitioner can also provide an initial assessment and make referrals. It's crucial to seek professional help.

Beta, mann ki beemari ke liye doctor ke paas jaana padta hai. Jo dimag ke doctor hote hain na, psychiatrists, ya phir psychologists, woh log hi sahi diagnose kar sakte hain. Apne mann se kuch mat socho, kisi acche doctor se baat karo.

Oh, mental health diagnoses... only proper doctors can do that, thank god! My brain is already too foggy from lack of sleep to try and self-diagnose anything. You need a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist. They're the experts, not your random Google search, trust me!

For mental health problems, you absolutely need to see a professional. I ignored my stress and anxiety for too long, thinking it would go away. It escalated. Psychiatrists and psychologists are the ones who can properly diagnose and help. Don't hesitate to get a checkup if you feel off.
