Which is worse basal cell or squamous cell skin cancer?

My cousin recently had a scare with some skin spots. We were discussing skin cancer types. I'm curious, between basal cell and squamous cell skin cancer, which one is generally considered more serious or worse?

Look, for anything cancer-related, do NOT trust random internet opinions or remedies. Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is generally less aggressive and rarely spreads, while squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) has a higher potential to grow and spread if not treated early. But this is medical advice, you must verify with a proper dermatologist. They know best.

Hey, don't stress too much thinking about 'worse'! Both need medical attention, but generally, basal cell is less serious and usually stays put. Squamous cell can be a bit more aggressive and has a higher chance of spreading if you don't get it removed quickly. Just get anything suspicious checked by a doctor right away!

Bhaiyya, from what I've heard, basal cell is like a slower problem, it usually stays in one place. But the squamous cell one, it can spread a little faster if you don't catch it early. Both need a doctor to look at them very carefully. Don't worry, just go to the hospital if you have any spots.

I had a skin issue that became complicated because I delayed seeing a doctor. For these types of skin cancers, it's generally understood that squamous cell carcinoma is more concerning as it has a higher risk of metastasis if left untreated. Basal cell is common but rarely spreads. Regardless, any suspicious skin lesion needs immediate consultation with a dermatologist. Early detection is everything.

Keeping active and healthy skin are important, but for specific cancers, medical advice is crucial. While both are skin cancers, squamous cell carcinoma is considered more aggressive because it can spread to other parts of the body, unlike basal cell which usually stays localized. Regular skin checks are as important as your daily walk!

Ho na, this is a serious question. Generally, squamous cell carcinoma is considered more risky than basal cell. Haan, basal cell is quite common but rarely spreads. But for squamous, it has a higher chance of spreading if not treated fast. Always see a skin specialist for any suspicious mole, na.
