Look, both are very serious. But cardiac arrest is generally considered more immediately life-threatening. A heart attack is a plumbing problem (blood flow blocked), while cardiac arrest is an electrical problem where the heart stops beating effectively. Cardiac arrest often needs immediate CPR and defibrillation. Don't mess around with either; call an ambulance if you suspect them.

This is very serious, beta. For anything to do with the heart, forget home remedies. Cardiac arrest is when the heart just stops, which is very dangerous and needs immediate help. Heart attack is when blood flow to the heart is blocked. Both mean you MUST go to the hospital. No delay.

While both are critical cardiac emergencies, cardiac arrest is considered more immediately fatal because the heart stops pumping blood. A heart attack is a circulation problem that can *lead* to cardiac arrest. Any symptom pointing to either requires immediate emergency medical attention. Please call for an ambulance without delay.

Dangerous? Both sound like my Monday mornings, but way worse. Honestly, if your heart's involved, just call an ambulance. Don't waste time trying to figure out which one is 'more' dangerous. Better safe than sorry, especially with your heart!
