Where to put pillow for lower back pain?

I've heard that sleeping with a pillow in a specific way can help with lower back pain. I usually just use one under my head, but what's the best placement for the lower back itself?

For lower back pain while sleeping, fitness apps often recommend specific pillow placements. If you sleep on your back, a small pillow under your knees helps maintain the natural curve of your spine. If you're a side sleeper, placing a pillow between your knees keeps your hips and spine aligned. It makes a big difference, trust me, I track my sleep quality!

Beta, lower back pain ko halka nahi lena chahiye. Agar tum seedhe sote ho, toh ek chhota pillow ghutno ke neeche rakh lo. Agar karvat leke sote ho, toh ghutno ke beech mein pillow rakho. Isse thoda aaram milega. Aur haan, thodi garam patti bhi laga lena sometimes, woh bhi achha hota hai.

Haan ji, lower back pain ke liye pillow bahut zaroori hai. Agar seedha sote ho, toh ek patla sa pillow apne ghutno ke neeche rakho, isse back ko support milta hai. Aur agar side pe sote ho, toh ek pillow ghutno ke beech mein rakhna. Samajh gaye na? Spine straight rehti hai isse.

Lower back pain can be very discomforting. While a pillow helps, remember that underlying issues sometimes cause chronic pain. For sleeping on your back, place a pillow under your knees; for side sleeping, place it between your knees. It's always good to get regular checkups, just like for my thyroid, to rule out any serious conditions contributing to the pain.

Lower back pain can be a real nuisance. For me, because of my BP, I'm always advised to maintain good posture. When sleeping on your back, putting a pillow under your knees helps. If you sleep on your side, put a pillow between your knees. This keeps your spine aligned. But for persistent pain, a proper checkup is always advisable.
