Where to put castor oil pack for liver?

My Ayurvedic doctor recommended using a castor oil pack for detoxification. I need to make sure I'm putting it in the right place to target the liver effectively. Where should it be applied?

For the liver, you place the castor oil pack on the upper right side of your stomach, just under the ribs. But suno, if you have actual liver problems, you must see a doctor. These packs are more for general wellness, not a cure for serious conditions. Be sensible.

I've tried many home remedies, and I understand wanting to find natural ways to support your health. For a castor oil pack, it's typically placed over the liver area, which is on the upper right side of your abdomen. Just make sure to use organic, hexane-free castor oil. However, please consult your doctor first, especially if you have existing liver issues.

Castor oil packs for liver are placed on the upper right abdomen, below the ribcage. It's a common detox practice in alternative medicine. But seriously, if you have liver concerns, get proper medical tests done first. Don't rely solely on remedies without a diagnosis. You need facts, not just faith.

I've been thinking about trying a castor oil pack too, for my liver. From what I've read, it goes on the upper right side of the belly. Has anyone here actually tried it? Did you feel any real difference or just a placebo effect? I'm a bit nervous to start without knowing if it's really effective.

A castor oil pack for the liver? Sounds like another fad from the internet. The liver is a critical organ. If you have any concerns about its health, you should consult a gastroenterologist or a hepatologist, not apply random packs. Verify everything with a doctor before trying it.
