Where to place pillow for lower back pain?

My lower back pain has been bothering me for weeks, especially at night. I usually try to sleep with a pillow between my knees, but I'm not sure if that's the best spot. Any advice on where to place a pillow to properly support my lower back?

Oh, my son used to have terrible lower back pain from studying too much. His physio told him to sleep on his side with a pillow between his knees. If he slept on his back, a small pillow under the knees helped. Try these, it really made a difference for him.

For lower back pain, don't just randomly place pillows based on internet advice. It could make it worse. The best thing is to see a physiotherapist. They can assess your specific situation and tell you the correct posture and pillow placement for your body. Proper medical advice is key.

Ugh, lower back pain is absolutely brutal, I totally get it. It can ruin your day. What usually helps me is sleeping on my side with a firm pillow between my knees. It keeps my hips and spine aligned. Or if I'm on my back, a small pillow under my knees. Hope this helps you too!

Lower back pain is just the worst, I totally get how much it can affect your daily life and mood. It's so frustrating! For me, a small, firm pillow tucked right under the curve of my lower back when I'm lying down helped a bit. Also, between the knees if sleeping sideways. Hope you find relief soon.

Dekho, lower back pain ko हल्के में मत lo. Generally, if you sleep on your back, put a pillow under your knees. If on your side, put it between your knees to keep your spine aligned. But seriously, if the pain is constant, see a doctor or a physio, they will tell you best.

Back pain can be quite bothersome, disturbing your peace. For lower back comfort, placing a small pillow under your knees if you sleep on your back, or between your knees if you sleep on your side, can offer relief. Remember to stay positive and listen to your body's needs. 🙏

While pillow placement can help with comfort, remember that a strong core and good diet (to avoid inflammation) also contribute to back health. For sleeping, a small, thin pillow under your lower back for support, or between your knees if you sleep on your side, often helps. Make sure it's not too thick.
