Where to go for back pain?

I've been having really bad lower back pain for the past few weeks, especially after doing household chores. It's getting difficult to even sit for long. Should I see a general physician first or a specialist for this back pain?

Back pain is the worst! You should see a doctor first to rule out anything serious.

For back pain, start with a general physician or an orthopedic doctor. They can assess it and suggest physical therapy or exercises. My fitness app actually has some good stretches for mild back pain, but always get a diagnosis first. Don't just rely on home remedies.

Oh no, back pain can be so scary! My mind always jumps to the worst. Please, please see a doctor immediately, especially if it's severe or sudden. An orthopedic specialist or a physiotherapist can help identify the cause and give you the right treatment plan. Don't ignore it.

I totally get it, back pain can be debilitating and affect everything you do. First step is always a general physician to check things out. They might refer you to an orthopedic doctor or a physiotherapist. Don't suffer in silence, get it checked out properly.

Child, back pain happens to everyone. Sometimes a little warm compress or gentle massage can help. But if it's severe or constant, you must consult a doctor. Start with a general doctor, they will tell you if you need to see a specialist like an orthopedic or a bone doctor. Don't take it lightly.
