Where is the gallbladder pain felt?

My mother recently had surgery for gallstones and she described the pain as quite intense. I'm trying to understand it better, so where is the gallbladder pain felt?

Gallbladder pain is typically felt in the upper right part of your abdomen. Sometimes it can radiate to your back or shoulder. Hope you are not in pain.

My uncle had gallstones, and he said the pain was in his upper right belly, really sharp. Sometimes he felt it in his right shoulder blade too, weirdly. It was worse after eating heavy, oily food.

Oh, I just got over this! For me, the pain was intense, right under my ribs on the right side. It would come on suddenly, especially after eating something rich, and sometimes went to my shoulder. It was awful; ended up needing surgery. Don't take it lightly.

Gallbladder pain, often from stones, usually starts in the upper right abdomen. It can be severe, especially after a fatty meal. For me, managing my diabetes means being very careful with my diet, which also helps keep other organs, like the gallbladder, healthy. Avoid very rich, oily foods.

Gallbladder pain is typically felt in the upper right side of the abdomen, sometimes radiating to the back or right shoulder. Staying hydrated and a light diet can sometimes help with minor discomfort, but if the pain is severe or persistent, please consult a doctor immediately. Don't rely only on home remedies for severe pain.

Initially, I thought I had heartburn or something, but then the pain became very sharp in my upper right abdomen. I panicked a bit, but after a checkup, it turned out to be just some indigestion. Still, if it's severe, definitely see a doctor right away to be safe, don't ignore it like I almost did.

Gallbladder pain, ugh, usually hits you in the upper right part of your belly, just below the ribs. It's often triggered after a big, delicious, but very oily meal. That's when your gallbladder is working overtime! So maybe go easy on the fried stuff if you're feeling it.

According to health apps I use, gallbladder pain manifests in the upper right abdomen, often post-meal, and can extend to the back. Track your symptoms and food intake if you're experiencing this; it can give your doctor valuable data for diagnosis. Don't wait for it to get worse.
