Where is shin splint pain?
I just started running more regularly, and now my lower legs really hurt after my runs. My coach said it might be shin splints. Where is shin splint pain usually felt on the leg?

Oh, shin splints are just the worst, I totally get it! The pain is usually along the front of your lower leg, right on the shin bone, sometimes on the inside edge. For me, ice packs and resting helped a lot, but I kept doing them daily. Don't push through it!
Shin splint pain is typically felt along the inner or outer part of your shinbone. It can be quite uncomfortable, especially after exercise. Take it easy and listen to your body.
Shin splints are usually felt right on your shin bone, either front or inside. It's a very common pain.
Yo, shin splints, I know that pain! It's usually like, on the front of your leg, along the shin bone. For me, it was always after playing football. Feels like a dull ache but can get sharp if you keep going. Rest is key, bro.
Haan ji, shin splint ka pain usually your lower leg mein hota hai, na? Like, right on the front part of your shin bone, sometimes thoda andar ki taraf bhi. Bahut annoying hota hai. Rest karo achhe se.
