When I was younger, I had this too. Rotator cuff pain, it's a deep ache in your shoulder, usually on the outside, and sometimes it goes down your arm a little bit. It's especially bad when you try to lift your arm or reach. Don't worry, with proper rest and exercises, it gets better. Just be patient.

Rotator cuff pain is typically a deep, throbbing ache in the front and outside of your shoulder. It can radiate down the side of your arm and gets significantly worse with overhead movements or when sleeping on the affected side. Physiotherapy and icing are usually key, but always get a proper diagnosis first.

For rotator cuff pain, it's usually a deep discomfort in the shoulder, often felt when lifting or rotating the arm. Just like with thyroid, these body pains need consistent attention. It's always good to get regular check-ups and follow up with a doctor to properly diagnose and manage it.

Hey, don't stress too much! Rotator cuff pain is usually a dull ache deep inside your shoulder. It gets worse when you lift your arm, reach behind your back, or even try to sleep on that side. Maybe get it checked out if it's really bothering you.

Ho na, rotator cuff ka dard apne kandhe ke andar, thoda gehra hota hai. Jab haath upar uthate ho ya side mein sote ho, tab zyada takleef hoti hai. Accha hai ki doctor ko dikha do, jaldi theek ho jaoge.
