Where is plantar fasciitis pain?

My father has been complaining about heel pain, and his doctor said it might be plantar fasciitis. I'm trying to understand where plantar fasciitis pain is located.

Plantar fasciitis pain is typically concentrated on the bottom of your heel, especially noticeable with your first steps in the morning. It can sometimes extend along the arch of your foot. Get proper footwear and consider some stretches if you're experiencing this.

The pain from plantar fasciitis is mainly in the heel and sometimes the arch of your foot. Remember to listen to your body and give it the rest it needs. Stay positive and take care of yourself.

Ho na, yeh pain apne paer ke neeche, heel ke paas hota hai. Subah jab uthte hain na, pehle step pe bohot takleef hoti hai. Kabhi kabhi poore arch mein bhi feel hota hai.

Plantar fasciitis pain hits right at the heel, bottom side. It's distinctive because it's worst after rest, like first thing out of bed. Get it checked if it's bothering you.
